Film travels through London's past

It was billed as a 100-year journey of capital, told through the eyes of Londoners and some famous faces.

London: The Modern Babylon was created by film and documentary maker Julian Temple using film archive, voices of Londoners and popular music past and present.

Made for the 2012 Cultural Olympiad, it has now been nominated for an award.

BBC London's arts correspondent Brenda Emmanus reports.
