Barrier call for north London 'suicide bridge'

Bereaved families joined campaigners on what has become known as 'suicide bridge' in north London.

They are demanding action from the council to discourage people from taking their own lives from Hornsey Lane Bridge.

Haringey Council has said it is drawing up plans for the bridge which will be put before English Heritage.

BBC London reporter Sarah Harris spoke with Tasharna Averill, sister of a man who died there, and Marjorie Wallace from SANE.
