Young people with mental health issues 'are falling out of the system'

The government has promised to treat another one million patients suffering with mental health problems.

The pledge comes as BBC London has learnt of concerns that young people with severe mental illnesses are falling out of the system or being denied care.

At the moment only four per cent of mentally ill young people experience a good transition into adult health services.

Dr Ranj Singh has this special report for Inside Out.
