Teletext artist turning news into art in Germany
Four years after the digital switchover ended teletext services in the UK, a man has continued creating "Teletext art" using blocky graphics and the bright colours used by Ceefax and Teletext pages.
Dan Farrimond from Wigan has been hired as an artist-in-residence in Germany producing graphics for a TV channel which still has an analogue-style text service.
Every day he will take at least one of the day's headlines - and turn it into a piece of art.
