Woman held hostage in Oldham after 'break-in'

Ch Supt Neil Evans from Greater Manchester Police tells reporters negotiators are speaking to a man who is holding a woman hostage after reports of a "break-in" at a property in Pemberton Way in Shaw, Oldham.

Two children who were initially also being held were released earlier.
