Woman's encounter with Caroline Coyne's murderer

A woman sexually assaulted by a murderer has explained how she talked her way out of being more seriously hurt.

Carl Powell attacked the 21-year-old woman in Nottingham a month after he murdered 28-year-old Caroline Coyne.

The 24-year-old followed and attacked both women after he saw them walking alone through the city's streets.

Giving Powell a life sentence, Mr Justice Flaux praised the woman for her courage in coming forward.
