Danielle Beccan Memorial Trust donates thousands since teen's murder

A fund set up 10 years ago to remember a teenager who was killed in a drive-by shooting has raised more than £300,000 for Nottingham charities and community groups.

The Danielle Beccan Memorial Trust was set up in 2004 and has helped fund more than 30 creative arts groups.

Nina Daubin, from the Nottinghamshire Community Foundation, said: "The family recognises that the sort of projects that Danielle loved are the sort of things that the Trust has been able to give money to."
