Train company meets angry passengers
Greater Anglia trains has promised improvements to services after it invited six disgruntled passengers to Westminster to hear their complaints.
The passengers were selected because they regularly voice their complaints on social media, particularly during disruption last month.
The train company's spokesman Jonathan Denby said it was a "constructive" meeting.
He said Greater Anglia would be improving punctuality, cleanliness and customer information.
