'Missed chances' over Syria deaths Brighton teenagers

Police and child protection workers missed opportunities to prevent the radicalisation of two Sussex teenagers killed in Syria.

Abdullah Deghayes, 18, and his 17-year-old brother Jaffar died in 2014 having left home in Brighton to fight for a group affiliated to al-Qaeda.
