Water chaos affects thousands in Northern Ireland

The freezing weather, with the thaw that followed, has caused many burst pipes in Northern Ireland leaving some people without water since before Christmas.

Northern Ireland Water says there are problems in several areas and it is handing out packs of bottled water.

But supplies at a Belfast depot have run out and there are growing complaints about the company's performance.

The BBC's Andy Martin reports.
