Omagh Families to seek judicial review over inquiry decision

Michael Gallagher, from the Omagh Support and Self Help Group, has said that he will be seeking a judicial review into the Secretary of State's decision to not hold a public inquiry into Omagh bomb.

Twenty-nine people were murdered in the Real IRA attack in August 1998.

Mr Gallagher's, whose son Aidan was killed, said he was not surprised by the decision, but extremely disappointed.
