Nigel Dodds: Northern Ireland count delay is 'a travesty'

The DUP's Nigel Dodds has called the delay in declaring Northern Ireland's MEPs a 'travesty'.

Speaking to the BBC's Gareth Gordon, he says that the Electoral Office have 'questions to answer' and that there are not enough people to count the votes.
