Enniskillen Castle: Work begins on castle visitor centre

A 1960s "eyesore" building close to Enniskillen Castle in County Fermanagh is being demolished to make way for a new tourist attraction.

Construction work has begun to transform a derelict health centre at the entrance to the castle into a state-of-the-art visitor centre.

It is hoped that the £3m redevelopment project will help to tell the story of the county's history and heritage.

BBC Newsline's Julian Fowler reports.
