Archive: New lifeboat for Donaghadee in 1976

In October 1976, the RNLI received a new lifeboat to be based at Donaghadee in County Down.

BBC Northern Ireland's David Capper spoke to the captain of the craft as it took to the seas for the first time, watched by onlookers.
