Short Strand: Second security alert after pipe bomb found

A second device has been found on the same street where a small pipe bomb was made safe in east Belfast.

The pipe bomb was thrown into the back garden of a house at Strand Walk in the Short Strand, close to an interface with the Lower Newtownards road.

A number of pensioners have had to leave their homes for a second time, as Helen Jones reports.
