Farmers to cull 'unproductive cows' to cut costs

Farmers say they have started culling unproductive cows in an attempt to cut costs as they face a sustained slump in milk prices.

They met to discuss prospects for an industry under serious pressure at the Ulster Farmers' Union dairy stakeholder summit.
