'Labour's dreadful NHS legacy' criticised by Lansley

Health Secretary Andrew Lansley has criticised the previous Labour government's management of the NHS.

Mr Lansley said that spending on the National Health Service would increase in real terms in every year of the parliament, pledging that "the sick will not have to pay for Labour's debt crisis".
