David Cameron: No risks with British security

Prime Minister David Cameron has said British combat troops will be out of Afghanistan in five years time.

Speaking at the Conservative Party conference in Birmingham, he paid tribute to troops in Afghanistan.

Mr Cameron also said he would take "no risks with British security" in the spending review, stressing his commitment to renewing the Trident nuclear missile system.
