Miliband urges PM to rethink benefit cuts on debut

The new leader of the Labour Party, Ed Miliband, had his first big test in the House of Commons today - a face to face clash with David Cameron at Prime Minister's Questions.

He used the occasion to attack the Coalition's plans for child benefit.
