Labour MP Frank Field: Coalition 'more jolly' than Brown

Labour MP Frank Field, once asked by Tony Blair to "think the unthinkable" on welfare reform and is now David Cameron's 'poverty tsar', told Andrew Neil the coalition is proving to be "more jolly" than working for his own former leader Gordon Brown.
