Outsourcing opportunity as spending cuts on the horizon

The Chancellor is preparing to unveil big spending cuts next week and while the public sector is bracing itself for the Spending Review, some in the private sector are sensing a business opportunity.

Outsourcing firms, which already provide everything from hospital cleaning to refuse collection, look set to benefit as the government tries to reduce overheads.
