Spending Review: Osborne says cuts plan is 'complete'

Chancellor George Osborne has promised to see through the government's spending cuts programme.

Mr Osborne, who will unveil the Spending Review on Wednesday, said agreement between cabinet ministers was now "complete".

The aim is to save £83bn in four years to reduce the deficit but shadow chancellor Alan Johnson called the plans "economic masochism".

Laura Kuenssberg reports.
