Foulkes and Trimble on AV bill delay in House of Lords

Labour peer George Foulkes explains why his party is holding up the Alternative Vote (AV) bill as it goes through the House of Lords.

But Conservative peer David Trimble claims the opposition should stand by the "conventions of the house" and allow the bill.
