Taxpayers' Alliance: 'opportunities to make tax cuts'

Tax Payers' Alliance director Matthew Sinclair claims there are "opportunities to make tax cuts" and some tax plans being proposed may not raise any money.

He spoke amid calls to scrap Labour's 50p top rate of tax and Capital Gains Tax, while London mayor Boris Johnson is asking his Government to set out "a clear direction of travel" for reducing taxes this Parliament.
