How council cuts vary across UK

MPs have been debating the reductions in local government spending settlements for the coming year.

Councils in some of the poorest areas of England have complained that they are having to make the biggest savings, whilst better-off areas are less effected.

Mark Easton compares the impact in Hackney and Dorset.
