Prescott: 'Police confirmed what I always feared'

Scotland Yard says it is taking urgent steps to contact more possible victims of mobile phone hacking by journalists.

The Metropolitan Police says new analysis of documents, previously seized from the News of the World, has identified many more individuals who may have been targeted.

The former deputy prime minister Lord Prescott has been told that police have "significant new evidence" relating to his claim that he was a victim of phone hacking.

John Prescott spoke to Breakfast News about the News of the World scandal.
