Welfare reforms to be unveiled

Details of the biggest shake up of the benefit system for 60 years are due to be announced.

The Welfare Reform Bill is designed to increase the pressure on people to find a job.

It includes plans to combine unemployment benefits into a single payment, and introduce tougher penalties for those who refuse to work.
