Community reacts to welfare changes

The government has outlined its plans to simplify the benefits system and ensure those in work will be better off than those who are unemployed.

There will be sanctions for people who repeatedly turn down job offers, and a cap on benefits paid to a single family.

The BBC's Laura Bicker reports on reaction to the welfare reforms at a community centre in Hull.
