Cameron hails Middle East changes

David Cameron has warned rulers in the Middle East and North Africa that "history was sweeping" through their region.

He was speaking to the Kuwaiti Parliament on the latest leg of his tour of Arab countries.

But Mr Cameron is facing controversy for placing arms exports at the heart of his visit to the region just days after revoking a series of export licences.
