UK PM David Cameron 'sorry' for Libya exit delays

Prime Minister David Cameron has apologised for the government's handling of the evacuation of British nationals from Libya.

Speaking to the BBC's James Landale, he said it had not been an easy situation and ministers needed to "learn the lessons".

It follows criticism of the government's response to the crisis.
