Michael Portillo: I haven't 'made up my mind' about AV vote
Michael Portillo says he has not made up his mind yet ahead of the Alternative Vote (AV) referendum in May which will give voters a chance to change the voting system to elect MPs.
The former Home Secretary Jacqui Smith is clear she will not back the move away from the first-past-the-post system.
