PM David Cameron 'will not rule out' arming Libyan rebels

The Prime Minister David Cameron, has refused to rule out the possibility that the coalition may arm the Libyan rebels.

Speaking at Prime Minister's Questions, Mr Cameron said although the UN resolution enforced an arms embargo for Libya, the provision to protect civilians could allow the coalition to arm those rebels protecting civilians.
