Plaid Cymru launches Welsh assembly election manifesto

Plaid Cymru has launched its manifesto for the Welsh assembly election with a pledge to create a strong and prosperous Wales, despite spending cuts.

Plaid's leader, Ieuan Wyn Jones, told a news conference his party would transform the economy and public services.
