SNP describe Scotland Bill as "anaemic"

Angus Robertson, the Scottish Nationalist Party's (SNP) Westminster spokesman, has described the Scotland Bill as "anaemic".

Speaking on the Andrew Marr Show, Robertson said Scotland should have borrowing and corporation tax powers.

He said the SNP would reduce corporation tax to give businesses in Scotland a competitive advantage and an economic boost to the country.
