Ken Clarke rejects resignation call over rape comments

The Justice Secretary Kenneth Clarke has rejected Ed Miliband's call for his resignation over comments he made about sentences for rape.

He told BBC Political Editor Nick Robinson that plans to halve jail terms for people who plead guilty early applied to all crimes, not just rape, and that people were spinning against him.
