Queen's visit possible owing to Thatcher and FitzGerald

Margaret Thatcher and the late Garret Fitzgerald set the UK and Ireland on a route to peace, leading to the Queen's first visit to the Republic of Ireland, said Fergal Keane.

He debated the royal visit, and its historical relevance, with Andrew Neil, Michael Portillo, and MP Kate Hoey who comes from Northern Ireland.
