NHS changes: Lib Dem Norman Lamb and Tory Nick De Bois
Liberal Democrat MP Norman Lamb - who previously threatened to quit over NHS changes in England - claimed the coalition government has listened to the "gathering storm" over the concerns raised by health professionals over changes.
But Conservative MP Nick De Bois said the original Health and Social Care Bill from Andrew Lansley should go ahead without changes, with new commissioning powers for GPs from 2013, and the end of primary care trusts (PCTs).
