David Miliband: 'It's Ed's speech that counts'

Labour leader Ed Miliband is expected to say his party's approach to boardroom pay and the benefits system has to change.

He will tell community leaders that Labour has been too tolerant of those at the top and bottom of society.

His speech is being seen as an attempt to convince critics within Labour that he has the right strategy to return his party to power.

Before his brother's speech, David Miliband would not comment on media reports of a feud between him and his brother.
