House of Lords: People's Peers and how to get the job
People's Peers were an innovation of Tony Blair - designed to bring the Second Chamber closer to the people - but they could be under threat with changes planned for the House of Lords.
Max Cotton finds out how to become a People's Peer, which could all go if Lord Strathclyde's prediction is correct and there are elections to a reformed second chamber in 2015, although not everyone expects the polls that quickly.
