Cameron laughs off surgeon's anger over ward visit

David Cameron has been laughing about the moment a senior orthopaedic surgeon exploded with anger during a photo opportunity on a ward at Guy's Hospital, London.

The NHS professional was furious when he found a camera crew, who did not have their sleeves rolled up, filming David Cameron, Nick Clegg and Andrew Lansley meeting a patient.

The crew were acting for the BBC and other news organisations.
