Rudy Giuliani on Ronald Reagan's chances in nomination race

Former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani explains why he admired former US president Ronald Reagan for his role in history.

Andrew Neil asks him if Mr Reagan would be able to win the party nomination in today's political climate, as Mr Giuliani considers mulls a possible 2012 Presidential run.
