Liam Fox apologises to families of Chinook crash pilots

The defence secretary has apologised to the families of two RAF pilots who were wrongly blamed for a helicopter crash on the Mull of Kintyre in 1994.

Liam Fox told MPs he had set aside a verdict of gross negligence against Flt Lts Jonathan Tapper and Richard Cook.
