Lord Heseltine's advice to chancellor on UK economy

Lord Heseltine said the chancellor should keep his nerve as he offered advice on the UK's economic situation but said there is "relatively little that a government can do".

The former Tory MP also explained the work of the government's £1.4bn Regional Growth Fund that he chairs.
