Criminal migrant rights face axe says Teresa May

The Home Secretary, Teresa May, says she wants to change the law to stop criminals from abroad using the human rights act to avoid being deported.

She has also repeated her desire to see the repeal of the Human Rights Act.

She was speaking at the Conservative Party conference in Manchester.
