Childcare support 'huge bonus', says Duncan Smith

Parents on low incomes who are working less than 16 hours a week will be eligible for childcare support from 2013, under new government plans.

Speaking to the BBC, the work and pensions secretary, Iain Duncan Smith, said there are many people who "do not work low hours and do not work at all because they can not make ends meet."
