Richard Bacon: BBC 'paranoid' about newspapers

Radio 5 live's Richard Bacon said the BBC was "quite a paranoid and nervous organisation", worrying about what will be in the papers in the wake of the Ross/Brand affair.

He said Twitter allowed small numbers of people to whip up a storm giving them a "louder voice than they deserve to have" as he debated the subject of giving and taking offence - and the coverage of Gadaffi's death - with Andrew Neil, Alan Johnson and Michael Portillo.
