Foreign aid: PM's human rights warning on DFID money

The Prime Minister has warned that regimes with poor human rights records may lose foreign aid.

But some MPs are still worried about the size of the budget of the Department for International Development (known as DFID).

Adam Fleming spoke to Margaret Hodge MP who chairs the Public Accounts Committee, Caroline Dinenage MP and Richard Dowden, director of the Royal Africa Society.
