PMQs: Cameron's Robin Hood tax warning to Caroline Lucas

David Cameron said there was widespread support for the principle of a "Robin Hood tax" but warned it could could be used by other European countries as an excuse to get off their foreign aid commitments and could only be adopted on a global basis.

He was asked by Green MP Caroline Lucas to make sure the money raised from such a tax was used to "tackle sustainable development and the growing climate crisis".
