PMQs: Ex-smoker David Cameron said smoke ban worked

Reformed smoker David Cameron has admitted the ban on lighting up in public places has been a success.

But he said a "serious think" was needed about restrictions in cars when children were in the vehicle after he was asked by Alex Cunningham at prime minister's questions.
