Clarkson strike 'execute' comments - legal action threat

Unison's Assistant General Secretary said Jeremy Clarkson's comments about striking workers were an "incitement to violence" and legal action was being considered.

Karen Jennings was reacting to comments from the Top Gear presenter on The One Show for saying strikers should be taken outside and executed in front of their families.

But Pensions Minister Steve Webb said the presenter should apologise and people get on with their lives.
